Relocation -- Capitol's computer automated customer
service system assists in tracking customers orders. Status reports are
generated during the move and customer evaluation reports are retrieved upon
completion of the move. A minimum of thirteen calls are initiated by your Capitol
coordinator during the course of the relocation. These calls are critical to
the success of your transferee’s relocation. This major investment by
Capitol is a testimony to our commitment to National Account employee
relocations and the moving industry for years to come.
Electronics and Exhibit Clients -- we use Move Management to monitor and track time-sensitive shipments. An Account Coordinator is assigned and acts as your single-source of contact from start to finish on all of your moves. The VanStar Satellite tracking system allows us to identify problems so that we can take preventive measures to resolve any service issues. Your Coordinator provides you with confirmation of each delivery and provides you with peace-of-mind.
